Pam3CSK4 TFA is a toll-like receptor 1/2 (TLR1/2) agonist with an EC50 of 0.47 ng/mL for human TLR1/2[1].Pam3CSK4 is a TLR1/2 heterodimer recognises triacylated lipopeptides[1].Pam3CSK4 (1 μg/mL) enhances the antibacterial functions of granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) induced neutrophils to Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)[2].Pam3CSK4 (5 mg/kg; i.p.; once a day for 9 days) alters brain, spleen and liver weights in neonatal mice[3].[1].
